Who Is Miguel?
Miguel is a George Brown Graduate, Red Seal Certified Chef and Pastry Chef, who has dabbled in countless aspects of the culinary scene all around the Greater Toronto Area.
Prior to his success in catering, he has paid his dues cooking at some of Toronto’s best hotels including; King Edward Hotel, The Vaughan Estate and McLean House, and the Intercontinental Hotel, in addition to an array of fine restaurants, bakeries and patisseries, including Acqua and Dessert Trends.
His past 10 years have been spent entirely submerged in the event catering circuit with some of the key players in the industry, including but not limited to; Presidential Gourmet, Rose Reisman, David Mintz, Cleese Catering and Aramark.
